I have a software on my windows xp machine that will only run with Administrator rights, so when i created a new user with limited access the software will not run. The only way is to right click it and choose Run As and choose a administrator account.

is there a way to tell a application to always use the Run as option and automatically have the user and password stored so the user doesnt have to input anything?

Afraid not. Also, if your users aren't trusted you don't want to do this anyhow as RunAs opens all kinds of escalation attacks, something you don't want limited users to be able to do unless they are users you'd allow to have admin access.
