XP User Account Help Please as soon as you can

Ok I have all these computers set up on the same network as one computer with a printer. Only difference is that on an admin account I can see the other computers and printer. But I have the guest account set on to because there will be people using them that cant have admin privs. When I want to go add a printer in the guest account it wont let me select a networked printer/computer. Can someone help with this please.
