I've been having trouble lately with what I suspect is some/one of the latest XP updates creating problems with wireless connections.
Sony VAIO PCG-F680, P3 700
256MB, 20 GB
XP Pro
Dell TM 4800LT (I think) - detected as a Cicsco card by XP, older card, but has been rock solid.
Now, it would be a simple matter, but I also dropped the system a while back and have had some problems with PCMCIA cards, so I'm dealing with that issue at the same time. Wireless cards seem to have more trouble in the same slots, my Dlink 10/100 and Xircom Realport cards seems to be working ok. It would help me narrow this down if I can get a yay or nay on others having same issues from the last few updates.
