OK here's what happened. I am running HP Image Zone Express on my pc to do my photo stuff. Last night, for god knows what reason, XP suddenly decides it don't love hp no more, and wouldn't let me use the app. I thought, OK, so I uninstall HP app, reinstall a fresh copy,NO GO. After trying everything I could think of, It still won't work, but heres the kicker, On MY account only. I can open my wifes side, and use it from there No problem. Is there a fix somehow.? OR is it time for the nasty old format thingy. GOD I hope not, I'll get shot, if she loses all her games HELPPPP BD51

You need to be more specific. What do you mean by "won't let you use the app"? Is there an error message? Can you describe what happens?

Even if the problem can't be fixed on your account, you can always try the less drastic backup my files and stuff, delete the account, remake the account, which should spare all other user accounts, while leaving you with a clean slate.

I just created a new a user account, loaded Image Zone on that, and everythings golden. It must be some crosslinked files or something screwy. About time to dump the whole drive ,and start over anyway. My OWN Nforce build is about 1/2 way bought.BD51
