Hey, I'm having a minor problem w/ WinXP's task bar -specifically the right hand side that is the notification area (u know, the area w/ the time and day as well as active programs in the background).
When I first installed a bunch of programs, there were like close to 10 icons there. All of a sudden they all disappeared and now there's a total of 5 (Hide inactive icons is DISABLED)
When I go to Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, when i enable "Hide inactive icons" and then click on "Customize", I noticed all the icons that disappeared are listed under "Past Items". Normally I wouldn't mind this, but I like having Windows Task Manager in there so I can get a rough idea of my CPU activity with its little green bar...but unfortunately I can't get it to reappear.
What to do??
