XP, task bar on second monitor

I'm running two monitors, 1680x1050 and 1280x800.

The main windows task bar stays on my primary monitor (the 1680x1050), whereas theres no taskbar for the secondary monitor.

Now how do I get a task bar on the secondry monitor, such that the windows in each monitor minimise to the taskbar on their respective monitors? Can it be done?
