XP swapping file on vista disk??

Ok, I am loading up XP for a XP/Vista duel boot. I noticed that while loading XP first on the D drive, is was swapping files over to the C: drive, which is my raptor and will be loading Vista on it. THis cant be good. So, I disabled file swapping for the C drive. Was this the correct thing to do?

What do you mean by "disabled file swapping"?

Windows will always put the base boot loader files on the first BIOS disk, the only way around that is to remove/hide the disk during installation.
