XP support schedule

Ok I know this has been discussed here before (I think??) and googling for it comes up with a billion confusing hits.

What EXACTLY is MS's plan for future support for XP?
I got this link:

But does that just mean call-in support etc? or does that mean patches etc too?

My understanding is this:

XP with SP3 is under "Extended Support" until 8/2014

The definition is what I was having trouble figuring out.
So what I can surmize is that security fixes will be in place until 2014.
But Non-security hotfix patches will not.
