When I go to programs in the start menu, it doesn't display all of my programs unless I push a downward arrow that has appeared in the menu. How do I stop this arrow from being there and have it just show all the programs at once? Thanks.
 
Disable Use Personalised Menus under TaskBar and Start Menu in Settings.
