XP Sp2 Install Errors - PFN_File_List

First off, I tried this on a fresh install, as well as just updating from SP1 to SP2. Everytime I try to get SP2 going, I get the BSoD with the PFN_FILE_LIST error. After I updated SP1 to SP2, It would do that while booting, but I could go into safe mode, and SP2 would boot up fine in safe mode. Then From safe mode, I could uninstall SP2 via add/remove programs, and revert back to SP1, and it works great again.

I also tried installing with a SP2 integrated XP cd, and I come up with the same error during the install process.

Everything work's perfect, loading programs etc, so I dont think it is a memory problem as stated on alot of my google searches. If it works great with SP1, then memory is not an issue.

I also tried a "quick format" and a "Full format" when installing, both with same results.

Any Ideas?

Thanks!
