XP sharing a Drive with another Windows OS prob!

I've got WinXP Pro on my rig, and I have set my CD ROM to be a shared folder so others on the network can access it!

My wifes rig is running WinME, and it too has some of its' drives shared. My XP rig can see her shared drives, and her PC can see mine (by name and through ping), however it asked for a PWD when she tries to see what my PC has to share😕

This is all over a simple TCP/IP home LAN. Both PCs have the same workgroup specified and no other network problems are present!

I have enabled my XP guest account, and I have made a user (on my PC) bearing the name of her PC (just as a thought😉).

Any ideas why it don't get access?
