xp security hole

a month or two ago, i saw a post about an xp security hole that was serious enough for anandtech moderators to put it at the top of every forum. i just got xp, but now i cant find the post. the solution was to rename or delete a certain file. does anyone remember what i'm talking about?

FYI, for all subscriber links you find, you can just delete 'subscriber' from the address and replace it with 'forums'. Peace.
