XP Royale Theme

WTF?
I donloaded, open the zip, run the install, it puts files in my windows directory. Go to display properties, nothing for Royale. Restart computer, still nothing for royale. Re-install, it informs me we are overwriting a bunch of files, but still no royale.

Hah, nevermind. Took another look at the installer. Stupid thing assumed windows was on C instead of actually looking to see where windows was.
