XP, Radeon and 3Dmark 2001

I cannot get my 1.4 athlon, win XP, ECS K7S5A to work with 3Dmark 2001. It keeps crashing during the first 3 seconds of the first test. Has anyone else had this problem? thanks

What driver are u using for the radeon? I had that problem w/ earlier drivers, but not w/ the latest "3271". Get it HERE.
