just today out of nowhere when i use my quick launch toolbar to launch IE, or show desktop ( those are the onl 2 i have on it ), it pops up the properties with the shortcut tab open. wtf happened?
 
Strange, just delete the current shortcut and drag a new one onto the QuickLaunch, see if that fixes it.
 
or how about just let it sit for 5 mins, it's working again....
