Xp question: Does anyone know how to make a simple Logoff script?

Does anyone know how I could make a script that will run only when I log out of Windows? I just want it to run a command to start a service that I disable when I use the computer, but other people who use my computer use. So when my computer starts up, I have a batch file that stops the service, but when I log off of Windows, I need something that will tell the service to start.

Any information would be helpful. I have no idea how to make one of these scripts or even where in Windows XP you go to get started.

Thanks in advance,

Jayme
