Is it possible (and if so, how), to create a profile in XP that will only allow certain programs to be run?

Scenario is this: my 2-year old daughter (ok, not quite 2...in 2 weeks) is an Internet fiend, and I'd like to restrict her account further so that she can run IE and Paint and not much else. (Go ahead, call it censorship...but who asked you? 😉 )
