That seems like a solid price for a retail copy of XP Pro. I'd prefer to have a retail license over an OEM.

Holy smokes, that's a flaming-good price, for a "legit" retail WinXP Pro copy, AFAIK. Hmm.
Wonder if MS is doing some sort of un-advertised "back to school" promotion or something. There doesn't appear to be any sort of bundle-purchase requirement alongside that, just a straight $80 off from CUSA. Wonder who's absorbing the hit, MS or CUSA.
Edit: It's the "upgrade" version, and is OOS right now.

The web site used to say Out of stock, as in not available for online purchase, but if you had entered your zip code, you would've found local stores with available stock. Web site presently states Available for In Store Pick Up only. All my local stores showed inventory the last couple of days.Originally posted by: VirtualLarry

Tried to price match with Best Buy with their Reward Zone card but they balked because the ad stated "Instant Savings." What a crock. May go back with just receipt and try again.
