XP Problem Video and Sound

I installed a new MB (ASUS P4B533) and a Gainward GeForce 4 4200. My problem is that XP does not see
the video card or my new sound card (SB Audigy) both have yellow highlights in device manager. My video
now on the settings tab is something called VGASafe. Please help

If your mobo has onboard sound turn it off in the bios. then Just go to device manager go to the sound card and update drivers and use the disk that came with the sound card and do the same for the video card.
