xp pro/wcpuid reporting cpu speed wrong, help

I have a
1.2 t bird
iwill kk266
512 ram
ti4200 128 meg
30 gig

When my machine boots it says 1.2 and 133 on the ram, but in xp pro and wcpuid it says 900 mhz and 100 mhz on the ram.
Was up with this?
I just got xp pro I hope its not slowing me down

are you sure you have the settings for the clock multiplier set right in the BIOS?
