XP Pro Upgrade Disk

I need to help someone reinstall XP Pro, but they can't find their install disk. I can get the Product Key out of the current install using KeyFinder, but I don't have an XP Pro Upgrade disk, only XP Pro OEM and XP Pro Retail. Is there a way to get another disk from Microsoft? I also seem to remember a way to change something on the install disk to change it from one version of XP to another. Thanks.

If they have a retail copy of XP Pro now, then your XP Pro disc should work as long as you use their product key.

cl-scott thanks for the reply. Isn't there a difference between Retail and Upgrade as far as accepting the Product Key?

I'll have to admit to not being 100% sure, but I'm fairly certain that the main difference in the keys would be between Home, Pro, and OEM Home/Pro, not really the upgrade v full.
