2x XP Pro boxes
- I created a user account with password and gave it permission to access a shared file on Box#1.
- Box#2 I changed the username to the same account name and password to access Box#1.
- It tells me I don't have permission to access Box#2??
- I've made sure they are the same name/password and rebooted them a few times. The strange thing is, I can create a new account Box#2 and it will work, is there a reason why you can't rename an existing username to access a network share?
