XP Pro - Possible to Switch Network Connections?

Maybe I'm just spoiled by MacOS, but I'm looking for the ability to switch network settings in Windows. This has never been a big deal for me since I've only had desktops. Now though, I have a laptop I'll be transferring between work and home and I'd like to use it with both networks without changing each setting.

Is there a way to set up both network settings and just switch between them with a keystroke? Can it just be done by creating a user for work and home?
