XP pro or win2k ?

this is for a P3 933 w/ 512mb of ram used as a htpc?
I'm leaning towards win2k but wanted to see what others thought.
of course I could buy XP pro and install 2k under the license and upgrade later

If money is of no concern for license, I would go with XP for sure for a HTPC.

You might be able to customize it to be like Windows XP Media Center edition too...I think there was an article in a Maximum PC issues a couple of months ago.
