XP Pro logon / logoff

I am the administrator on my system. I have given admin rights to other users just for functionality of certain programs. When I 'lock workstation' the other admins are still able to logon.

Is there a place in the admin settings, policies, security, whatever ... where I can disable their right to logoff other users who have locked the machine, even though they are admins ? When I lock my machine I want it to stay locked.

I know the easiest would be to downgrade their user status but I have programs that will not work with their logon unless they have admin status.

You could downgrade their user status, and then for the individual programs you want them to be able to run that need admin rights, you can tell it to always run a certain program as a certain user, so you can put in your details.
