XP Pro Install Problem

I'm trying to get XP Pro installed on a new Raptor 74.

First I used Ghost to "copy drive" (old HD to Raptor) so I wouldn't need to reinstall windows but it wouldn't boot.

I then tried to format and install XP which goes fine until I try to boot it and get a H
AL.dll error and am instructed to replace file or reinstall, which of course does not work.

Any ideas?
