XP Pro ICS (Internet Connection Sharing)

I need to set up Windows XP ICS on a desktop with two network interfaces. The network to be shared is on the 192.168.0.X subnet and can NOT be changed by me. Windows XP Pro uses the same subnet as it's default when it sets interface #2 up for DHCP. This is a problem because both interfaces can not be using the same subnnet.

how can I specify a different subnet for the second interface?
