XP Pro Hyper Threading

I have a 2.8 p4C with HT. Do I need XP Pro to utilize HT. I have XP Home right now. Is it worth it to by Pro?

If you're doing things that would be aided by using SMP (encoding, etc.) then I'd say yes.
 
So XP Home is Hyper Threaded enabled but will not support real dual processors? Good, I really didnt want to have to buy XP Pro just to get HT working. Thanks
