i don't know what the hell is going on. my desktop keeps changing on me. for instance, my wallpaper spontaneously changed on me while i was surfing the net. it was there when i opened up the browser, but was gone when i came back. it turned into some IE wallpaper or something. then, earlier, the freakin task bar went from the bottom to the top, on its own! what the hell? i am the only user, so nobody is doing this. do you guys know what is going on?
also, how do i get the taskbar back to the bottom of the screen? it is annoying and i cannot figure out how to get it back down.
