XP Pro Bonus CD??

I'm looking to buy an XP Pro OEM CD. I see on a few sites mention of something called a "pre-installation CD". Can someone tell me what that is? Also, about the best price I have found is $140 delivered. Has anyone done better?

'pre-installation cd' sounds to me like the Winxp compatability test application... but I'm probably wrong

You need the full version? I want the full version too but the $60 difference is too much to pass up. A Win98 CD allows you to do an upgrade or do a clean install of XP Pro. You don't qualify for the Academic version because you're no scholar? No class, huh? Well, then perhaps you should surround yourself with people with class.
