XP Pro Autologin Problems

I am running XP pro and for some reason when I installed the Windows Home Server Console it disabled this. Why do I want autologin? Well I have a security camera system and sometimes I have a unknown device driver conflict or power outage etc and when the systems reboots it won't load the security camera system until someone logs in. If I am not there to login the system is down.

I fixed this problem once before by going to run then "control userpasswords2". The problem is now is that it is booting to the built in admin account instead of operator. My main account is operator. How do I tell it which account to boot to by default. I tried disabling the admin account but then it hangs again waiting for you to change the account to operator so you can boot to a valid account.
