XP Pro and sharing folders

Hi.
I'm trying to set up a network between my laptop using win2k pro, and my desktop XP Pro. Everything works fine, but when I access shared folders on my XP machine from win2k machine it doesn't ask for a password or username. For example if I try to access shared folder on my win2k machine it will ask for user name/pass. So I have to log in with one of the accounts on win2k machine. How can I set up the same thing on my XP machine?
