XP Pro and Norton Utilities 2002

I just installed Norton Utilities 2002 and when it tries to run live update it hangs, the only way out is to ctrl-alt-del, and then end task on all the running programs.....Any one else have this problem with XP and Norton? Any work arounds?

by the way I am on a cable modem, if this means anything......

I am running both and have no problems with NU 2002 hanging. I also have a cable modem. Though one screwy thing that just started happening is on startup, the System Doctor window won't minimize to the system tray. Restarting seems to fix this. Other than that, no problems.

Sorry I can't help with any work arounds.
