I know XP Pro 32 bit can't address more than 3.25GB, but can I use the left over somehow?

I can't use 64 bit because the compiler I'm using won't run on it.

There are settings that might allow you to see the full 4GB, but I think you're limited to 3.25GB of usable RAM unless you upgrade to a 64-bit OS.

How do you expect to use it inside of XP if you know that XP can't see it?

I can't use 64 bit because the compiler I'm using won't run on it.

I find that a little suspicious because most 32-bit software runs just fine on 64-bit Windows.

Bootstrap it with the simultaneous virtualization, wasn't the the goal the hardware virtualization Intel added to all the chips? Simultaneously run to OSs? Maybe I misundestood what that was for.

I guess if you had a hypervisor that would grab the memory and present it as a BIOS disk that could work, but AFAIK none allow that and it would still be better to just run an OS that can address the memory itself.
