XP or Win2K Pro?

I'm gonna upgrade soon to one these OS's which one should i get? I mainly play games here are some my important system specs...

Adaptec 29160 SCSI card
IBM DDYS 10,000 RPM SCSI Drive
6X Pioneer SCSI DVD-ROM drive
Everquest
Counter-strike
Madden 2002

which way should i go?

Win2k Pro should be more tolerant of your hardware, since it has had a lot more time to mature (and already has 2 service packs with compatiblity updates)

Agamar, I understand what your saying about hardware, but we could also say WinXP is really Win2K service pack 3, with a new look... no?...i know thats debatable, and I'm not tryin to flame ya, I think, and my opinion, if your runnin 98 or ME...go XP....but keep in mind, regardless if ya go XP or 2K, check your hardware and even software for support in either OS....what works in 98 maybe not be supported in 2K or XP.
