XP Open With Options For Blank CD Empty

I lost power yesterday due to hurricane Rita. Ever since, when I insert a Blank CD, the auto run Open With option in XP comes up with Empty options. Is there somewhere I can look to fix this? Or manually add some back in? Thanks

I tried reinstalling Nero to see if that would re-add it to the list, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Have you tried to do a repare of Windows?

No, I was hoping it was a simple Registry edit or something I could do. It's only Blank CD's that don't have the options. If I put in Data/Audio/Videok/etc etc, it prompts with options on what to open the CD with.

Just System Restore the machine by a day or two, and see what happens.
