XP Not excepting incoming requests for remote access.
I can RDP or UltraVNC out but not in I checked all the basics like the check mark, password, admin accounts, firewall is off, no third party security blocks. I can use rdp all around this PC on the same lan just not to it.
I checked the policy?s they seem to be default. I don?t know of any reg edits that might cause this, Or services issues, regarding Terminal Services.
POSS: Maybe a third-party program that has been removed is still holding some security.
POSS: There was a issue of security with remote access about two years ago and there was measures taken to secure from remote access due to crackers. Now I don?t know what was changed. But I do know it was by a novice IT, but it works.
Any ideas that might get me back in CONTROL!!!
