XP Networking

I have a question about Windows XP networking. I Have a laptop that I'm going to install Windows XP onto. I want to use NTFS partitioning ( I heard the Home release of XP will have NTFS minus security and that's what I'll be using). My question is my other two machines have Windows 2000 using Fat32 partitions. Will The Windows 2000 machines using FAT32 partitions be able to recognize/share files/download files with my Windows XP laptop? Will the situation change any if I use Windows XP Pro? Also does the Home version of XP use Fat32, and will there be an option to select which partition you want to use?

The other computers will be able to read the information off the ntfs partition through the network, and the XP machine will be able to see the fat32 partitions.

Won't change if you switch from Home to Pro.

The Home version should work off either fat32 or ntfs, and the install does let you select what partition you want to use and if you would like to change it to ntfs on installation.

I think that answered everything...
