XP networking problem

Hi,
I have 2 computers hooked up on a Linksys router on the same workgroup name, but PC1 isn't able to see PC2 despite PC2 being able to see PC1.

PC1 can't even ping PC2 using the IP address, though it's able to ping itself. It's also unable to browse the workgroup in My Network Places. After I enter My Network Places->Entire Network->MS Windows Network, it takes a long time to show my workgroup name, and when I click on the workgroup, I get the error "Workgroup is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available" after a long time.

PC1 is able to connect to itself using \\PC1 though. I tried safe mode w/networking, thinking it might be my Kerio Firewall problem or some other background process, but even that didn't work.

PC2 has no such problems, and is able to browse the network/ping properly.

Internet connection is otherwise totally fine for both PCs, and both PCs are able to connect to the router GUI.

Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I have those 4 protocols installed, except TPC/IP is set to automatically obtain an IP address. If I fix it, my internet goes down. I've also shared some folders/HDDs in PC1, and PC2 is able to see them, but PC1 isn't able to even browse it's own workgroup. I keep getting the long wait time and finally the error message. I'm able to browse myself with \\PC1 though.
