I have a problem with my Hp NC6000 laptop. I some how crashed windows xp and lost some device drivers, i have managed to regain all but 2. I have not been able to find the correct network driver and base system device driver any help would be greatly appreciated
You may want to download all of the drivers, or at least those later than the original ones, especially any that are noted as critical or fixing known earlier problems, and save them on a CD.
If you need a recovery disk to do a fresh installation, HP will prbably sell you one for around $25. The Windows license is the sticker on the bottom of your machine.
