XP: Microsoft Keyboard customizations will only work after I manually run the program.

I have Intellitype Pro 2.1, and I changed some of the hot keys in my Internet Keyboard. The problem is that it won't load automatically, so I need to run Microsoft Keyboard, then it'll work. Anyone knows how to fix this one?
