XP MCE 2005 or XP SP2

Just a quick post to ask;

This will be my main system, from which my SO will be using as well.

I'm thinking of installing MCE 2005 for user friendlyness (SO not very computer knowledgable) or would XP SP2 require less set-up time??

I also noticed a post a few weeks ago listing the order from which should be installed ie: OS -> Chipset -> Graphics drivers -> etc.

Could someone link me to that post (I ran search but couldn't find anything)

xp and mce are the same underlying os. mce just has the extra media extenders installed.

xp mce 2005 = xp home with media features.

xp mce 2005 != xp pro

xp mce 2004 = xp pro with media features.
