XP Logo Testing

When instaliing some new drivers (video and audio) on my new build, in Win Xp a notice appears saying that it has not passed the logo testing and that its not recommended to continue with installation. What is happening and how can I rectify it?

really...are you a WHQL participant? Do you understand what's required for WHQL certification? It does require some testing and QA, whereas non logo'd drivers, it's all up in the air for sure.
