XP korean into english?

Hey all, my cousins gf has a comp with korean fonts in it. Everything is in korean... he's wondering if there is anyway in making it into english. I have no clue on how to do this and was hoping someone here knows. The only thing i see is in control panel then language options but from what im seeing it seems to only apply to methods where you can use it to enter text with your keyboard. thx in advance!

You can use the MUI on the english windows xp to change the interface from english to a foreign language. But you can't install the MUI pack on a localized windows xp (korean in your case).
