XP keeps rebooting on me

I just upgraded to a new mobo/cpu/ram, all great stuff and i can't stay on my desktop for more than 7 seconds without my computer rebooting, it won't stop, I've tried reintalling XP, taking everything out and putting it back in again, and just about everything else i could think of. Anyone have any ideas on how i could fix it? It's driving me nuts. It's nearly 5 am.

I got it working once, and did a lot of program installing, was up and running for about 40 mins, then had to reboot again, and like i said it just keeps rebooting after it gets to the desktop.

sounds like its a hardware issue to me. I had a system that when the CPU over temped (settings in bios) the system would just reboot. No blue screen, no shut down, - just a reboot every 5 min.
