XP keeps losing monitor driver

Hardly a major problem but it is kind of annoying - every now and then i check display properties or device manager, I notice my samsung synchmaster 757dfx has become a standard windows monitor. On a reboot, chances are its back to proper driver. It's not exactly a problem since it doesnt seem to adjust the screen or refresh, but seems a bit weird. OS is winXP, and also performed a mild vid card oc using rivatuner and refresh rate fix using NVRefreshTool. dets are 30.82.
