xp just keeps rebooting

I think I've got an lsass.exec and/or services.exe virus. Machine just keeps rebooting in both normal and safe mode before the log on screen xpsp2.
TrendMicro was installed and up to date....
Is there a downloadable boot virus scan that can get me into the system to do a cleanup etc.??
 
first of all, try to remember whether you changed anuthing in the coputer configuration and undo these changes.
if nothing helps the only way is to boot fro the windows installation cd and make a repair install
