XP Internet Problem

I have a Windows XP networking problem. I have a wireless network adapter and a NIC card to share files and the internet connection to another computer. When I enable the NIC card, or it has been enabled, and I reboot, I can not connect to the router. The odd part is that when I connect to another wireless access point in this neighborhood and go back to mine, it works just fine; internet and all. Any ideas? The config of the NIC card and adapter are below.

Why don't you share files on one network ?


Also, go into network setttings are in the controll panel and click on the advanced tab in the menu. Select advanced settings and provider order. Make sure that your wireless card is on top.
 
Well thats the thing. Just as I said above, when I try to connect to the router after a reboot it fails to connect, but when I connect to another router, it works so I change BACK over to mine and it works fine. What's going on?
