XP Installation Problems

I am trying to install XP onto a 133 hard drive (Abit KX7-333Raid).

I am running e:/I386/winnt.exe

The installation copys files to the hard disk, then freezes on the 'copying files to your hard drive screen'. I belive this because I havent installed the 'HPT 370/372' Drive Dist, which triggers the 133 support for the installation. I had to do this for 2000 last year (by pushing F8 during the intallation), but I don't have that option in the XP home edition setup 🙁 🙁
