XP Installation Problem!!

I'm trying to install Windows XP on a Duron 750 w/ 192mb, geforce 2 mx, etc. When it comes to the part of "Installing windows", it starts copying files, then I get : " Installation Failed : E:\I386\asms Error Message : Incorrect Function "

Anyone seen that before ?
 
It's a bad burn. I got that same message everytime I burned the Microsoft .iso using Nero. If you are using Nero, do what the "Tips" section under Nero says in the link Mr. Cool posted.

 
Thanks guys... yeah I didn't use the 'final and close' option w/ nero... reburned w/ cdrwin... worked ok.... xp looks pretty good so far... boot times are quick..
